Contracted with Trident based on the recommendation of a friend who had worked with them previously. They escorted my family and I for four days throughout Mexico. I was unfamiliar with personal protection details and the performance of these guys far exceeded anything I wouldve suspected. From having prepared in advance for any and all trips and routes around the city, to layouts and locations of the premises, to ensuring my three kids and wife and I felt safe at any moment, all the way to when guns were drawn and armed men in trucks were blockading the street and pointing guns at everyone, and people were yelling and running down the sidewalks. The EP guys, without thinking, immediately got my family and I (physically carried two of my young daughters) and took us down an alternative street to a backup vehicle parked at a secondary location. Within 2 minutes of the event starting, we were in the backup car safely moving away from the disturbance in a calm manner. Would give six stars if I could

While the interview process is a bit unorthodox, These guys must be doing something right. Their retention rate is phenomenal and they even earned a contract with Apple without even bidding due to their stellar performance.
