        These workers need training they are rude and ignore u and has false advertisement if they dont mention the rewards u get a free drink well they didnt mention it and he didnt allow me to scan my app to redeem rewards nor did i get a free drink the attitudes are horrible i wish this wasnt our only Charleys in Huntsville Alabama! Train your workers on good customer service they chose this job not me !

        i paid for my food then ordered ranch after i paid. so i paid again. then i get my food with no ranch and im asked to pay again. and the girl just looked stupid anyways

        It was pretty good for fast food. Felt like they skimped on the fries . Bought a large but seemed like it was regular size in a large box.

        The best cheese steak ive ever had! Idk what mayo they use but it's the best mayo ive ever had!!!! Even my bf loves it and he isnt crazy about mayo

        There is a young lady the made order #53 literally five minutes ago. Im from Indiana n was glad to find food I like but her attitude and mouth almost made me take it there with her. I paid for extra mayo and asked for it to be a certain way when I say her response and rudeness. What I will say is thanks Huntsville hall viewing on my follow up coming up
