The attorney that we used as part of our closing was very personable and answered all of our questions. Everything was prepared and we were able to start at our scheduled appointment time. We arrived early and the staff welcomed us and offered us refreshments while we waited for our appointment time. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

I've used Harrison Gammons for two deals now, a closing escrow and a financing escrow. I've dealt mostly with Tonya who has been fantastic. I've done my share of these and she's as good as they come.

I spoke with the receptionist and gave her the information she requested- the buyer's, the seller's and the information regarding the land. My buyer contacted them and they acted like they had no idea what he was talking about. She also gave me the wrong email address. I called them again twice and had to leave a message and I still haven't heard from them. I decided to use a different firm.
