Being an out of state investor, I needed to sell fast, so I contacted Local Home Buyers. We worked out a deal that was fair for the both of us and it closed in less than 30 days! Sure, I could have gotten more if was to list it in the MLS, but doing it this way there was no guessing, preparing the house, notifying the tenants for showings, inspections, etc. Jordan made it real simple, he was very easy going, did everything he said he would do and was very professional. Jordan was up front, honest, and always answered his cell or called right back. I would highly recommend Jordan and his Company Local Home Buyers to anyone that needs to sell fast and wants a super easy transaction. Thanks Jordan!!

AJ promised me a 7 to 10 day closing and to take over the cleanup of my property with his lowball offer I had financial obligations I was trying to meet so he drug his heels sudden closing for August 9 when we signed contract on May 28th this is outside the 30 day contract window now hes refusing to offer me my earnest money which the title company says that they are holding until they get the clear from AJ I have since made several calls and they are refusing to answer them or to call me back but yet supposedly the lady that answered every time is an answering service even though I made the calls before 5 PM the closing time It appears their shady business is going to have to be taken to court to rectify the situation

***Please note that there is another calling company using this same company name for which my original one star review was made below. I received a call from a gentleman from this company, though, who kindly explained the issue, so the 5 stars is for his/this company for the way he handled it with me. I haven't been able to delete the original review so have added this edit. THE REST OF THIS REVIEW WAS MEANT FOR THE CALLING COMPANY USING THIS BUSINESS' NAME, BUT HAS NO LISTING I CAN FIND and gave zero star review: I have asked politely to be removed from their database at least 12 times with each person who calls from their company. Most of them have rudely hung up mid-sentence. I've blocked numbers but they continue to change. I have also called their company to be removed directly to no avail. Do you want to do business with a company that relates to people in this way and continue to harass people with unwanted phone calls? They don't deserve any stars but I have to post something for this review to show. Please stay away from this company - they are vultures. I feel sorry for those that they do business with.

Very aggressive shady business that continues to call me almost on a daily basis asking me if I wanted to sell my house. I asked them many times to remove my name from their list and informed them that all their calls are unwanted and reminded them that my number is on the Not Call List but they continue to ignore the fact they breaking the law. I have contacted my attorney and we are recording their calls and ready for legal action if they refuse to stop.
