I had one session with Shannon. I really liked her. Thought that I had found my new therapist. She messaged me once reminding me about my copay and after I had to cancel my follow up appointment two weeks later; I got a letter in the mail that said my services with her had been terminated. The letter said she had contacted me several times, but that is not correct. I had a family emergency and couldn't make the appointment. Shannon didn't once reach out to me to ask if everything was OK, she simply cut me as a patient. I am very disappointed with this practice.
