Anthony and the rest of the crew at Valley Homes make long-distance property management so easy that sometimes I almost forget I own a rental property in Huntsville. They literally handle everything! Anthony always provide excellent market insight to maximize an owners revenue and are responsive to calls and emails about my property. I would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch property management in the Huntsville area.

I am saddened to say that Valley Homes Property management has been completely negligent in their responsibility of returning our security deposit. It is standard to have some charges deducted when renting a property, however it is complete negligence to charge families for damages in a home that were there before move in. Upon move out of our rental home this previous month, we have been charged over $1,200 of our $1,500 deposit (not including a $500 pet deposit), for "damages" that were present prior to our move in of the property. They provided a move in inspection photo gallery prior to our move in last May, in which they provided photo evidence of these damages they are now stating we had done to the home. Including charges that fall under "normal wear and tear" laws within the state of Alabama. We were charges for things like dust on fans (was present in their photos), burnt light bulbs (also present in their photos), Ozone treatment- stating the home smelled as if a dog lived in it (which we paid a $500 pet deposit for), replacement of BRAND NEW CARPET in which we paid to have professionally cleaned per the lease agreement upon move out. Do not rent from this company nor use them to rent your property out. They will charge you for damages present before you moved in and then refuse to refund your entitled deposit. BBB has also been contacted for how negligent they have been.
