Excellent professional staff that will treat you with respect! Maintenance request are received and repairs are made correct in a promptly manner. This property management agency has years of professional experience and will tackle and conquer any challenges that one might face with leasing. I have rented with them for years and I am very satisfied with this company. The Manager is very kind and courteous, she will be more than happy to work with you to find a great rental that you can call home!

Since leaving a review is my best option at the moment, I live in a trailer park called Whispering Pines in Cullman, AL on 278 we have lived here for three years and not once have we ever had a problem with getting ahold of any landlord we have had not until MJ Properties they wont answer the phone when I call to have our ac unit fixed and nothing else has been fixed here either. Theres an older women across from us that has been needing stuff fixed in her trailer as well and nobody has fixed anything there either. Either fix it or legal matters will be taken. Oh and its 90 to 100 degrees this week and we have a 2 year old little girl that DONT NEED TO BE DEALING WITH THE HEAT!!

I lived in a home they managed for a few years and didnt have many problems except for incapable maintenance crew. Until I moved out that is. They refuse to follow their own rules in the lease AND alabama law in relation to the security deposit. They also will stop responding if you appeal their decision. They overcharge immensely and dont care if youre disabled. I wished I could have left on better terms as I only moved out because me and my newly wed husband just bought a house. I liked living there but I wish the management had compassion for others instead of only looking out for themselves. All I will say to any future tenants or current tenants, check your lease and alabama tenant laws when you move out. Be sure to be aware of what they are required to do so you dont have this happen to you. They will take advantage if they believe you dont know your rights.
