My home. They are timely on maintenance requests. Don't have bugs. I get along with the neighbors. We live and let live around here from my experience so far. . Only thing I don't like is a tow truck running around making life hard for folks. But over-all it's good place to live. Good location. Decent rent price. Good size for my family. Some things could be better but I'm not gonna complain. So far positives outweigh the negatives. Except for the live-in tow truck. -minus a star for that.

It was nice for about two months until the manager left and then it was one new face in the office after another and they never got taught how to do anything. The apt was NOT clean before we moved in even though we got told it had been cleaned twice... During move out the office took $200 from the security deposit for damage that previous residents caused so GET PICTURES and put the damages on file!!! I emailed the office about the evidence I had but never got a response back and finally emailed someone who was from the leasing company... and apparently stating we didn't cause the damage and we have pictures to prove it was there when we moved in wasn't clear enough and we never received that money back. Save yourself and live elsewhere!

Update to 4 months ago, Still same manager, nothing still be done to make sure new/old tenants all live with same rules and to care for the place they live in. Tenants on side and above slam doors, cabinets and stomp all night. No respect for anyone. Although these apartments are not run down, they of course require maintenance(those change too frequently also) But if they maintained the apartments, emergencies would not happen(this is for you Head Office in Nashville) No notices go out except to scold, no maintenance on heating/cooling or changing the filters every few months as required when the weather changes or you run units frequently. I know all of this because of my family/friends that live there..It's a few of them. So they do what they can to maintain their own units. But you need management to initiate this types of things. And I am sorry they do give notices, when you are late, when they need you to do a particular thing, but not to much else. No answering of the phones, no return calls. Why just sit in an office-To get the maximum units filled for the $$. New managers-September and no one returns calls when messages are left. My relative that lives here is still going through noise all times of the late night and extremely early in the morning. She is elderly and has heart problems, but it doesn't matter to management or neighbors above. Who lie to the office about everything. Always claiming someone is not there day in and out with them. Young people who fight and hit the floor with objects really hard. Then lie about the times or things they do, despite people seeing them and knowing what's going on. Several people in different buildings have complained about those same type of tenants in their building. But all the tenants there get is trash notices and what not to do. Shame, because nothing else is being dealt with. We are contacting home office in Nashville, it's better than dealing with the neighbor directly(that was done before also, but they lie) No need for any type of pushback from people. Just go to the people who want to continue to get paid. No notices about who runs the office or anything besides telling them the rules. Do better, because if you call this place home also; just do better for the tenants that are trying. I have relatives that live here. Too bad it's so much going on with neighbors upstairs..always a lot of banging, fighting, and pure disrespect all hours of the night/early morning. I have visited overnight on occasion and it is awful. Others comment on here about upstairs neighbors and what sounds like a football team above them. does anyone ever think of how it sounds for someone downstairs, or because its a dog eat dog world, no one cares. Neither does management, which keeps changing constantly. Do better, stop raising the rent, and actual speak to people who are disturbing the peace and breaking rules. I told my relative, just call the police. I would never move here.

Very poor communication. You have to call repeatedly and pop up at the office to get proper communication. You have to leave voicemails because they rarely answer the phone and are very slow to getting back to you.

Management is so rude and there's cockroaches, mice, and rats all over the place at these apartments.
