Lifetouch National School Studio

School photos were yesterday. When I recieved them there were only two and they were both terrible. Not facing forward and side of face. As professional photographers, who work with children, you should know how to make them feel comfortable. The staff also said they weren't allowed to be with the students whilst taking photos - not sure who's policy this was but it's dumb. There should be a teacher with the children to help with cooperation. I've gotten great photos each time we've taken school photos (different companies) but these were unacceptable. I buy them every time - not these. Very disappointing.

I still haven't gotten my daughter's school pictures that I paid for. I called and they supposedly fixed it.

Back in 2016 the perfesdional photographer that they sent to take my sons senior pictures could have done a lot better job. He didn't even motivate or try to get my son to feel more comfortable about his pics. I do hope that in 2024 I have a lot better experience.

I'm a middle school yearbook staff member and we've been trying to get some team pictures for months now and lifetouch won't return our advisors calls or emails. We've had many different staff members attempt to call. None were answered or returned. If i could rate zero stars I would.
