Deans Plumbing Co. Inc installed a new AC/Heating unit in in my home Dec. 2015. I have had problems since they installed the unit. They want to blame my home for the problem with heating or cooling efficiently. Today it has quit heating again. They have refused to replace this defective unit. I have had HC Blake work on this unit in the past when I had problems with it. HC Blake is coming out again this afternoon to work on this unit. They should not be allowed to have a license to install AC/Heating Units. July 26. I have had this system worked on again. It is set on 72 degrees and it will only cool my house down to 77 degrees.

Total class! Dean Plumbing &Gas Plumbing has always dine a great job or me! Really blown away at the service tonight. Called at 5:30pm on a Saturday night. Not expecting response, I got a call with 15 minutes. Within 3 hrs , the plumber was at my house. It took him just 10 minutes to make the fix. His boss probably wouldn’t approve, but the tech refused to charge for his visit, Alek Wissinger was awesome. Dean Plumbing will always be my “go-to” plumber. Alec was my service man and he was very personable and helpful. He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing. I was very impressed with him. I will definitely call them again if needed.
