Walmart Pharmacy

Trash service was told to come back in an hour for my nausea prescription. Pulled up to the drive thru and waited 20 mins to watch a Walmart employee inside to get her medicine. They never came to the window and when I pulled off to come back later I looked back and they were both on computers. They dont care about patients here send your medicine somewhere else.

The employees at the pharmacy are a complete joke!! Tremendous lack of communication between employees. Was told they would be going to lunch in 20 minutes and after the lunch break was over the employee never told other employees important information for my situation. Was told it would take another 20 minutes AGAIN and then told the pharmacist was working on the medicine at that time. THREE hours later I was finally able to get my medicine. Some of us are on a limited income and can't afford to ride around or find somewhere to sit while waiting..... NEVER again will I use this pharmacy.

Absolutely do not use this pharmacy. They do not answer their phones, so I hope you never need to call them with an important question. Also, some of their supervisors don't do anything about the problem either. Last, they are careless on top of not doing their job in that they didn't even enter my full name for my prescription, so that caused problems with notifications for my prescription and who knows if it will cause any problems with insurance. Luckily I caught it soon and had them fix it, so hopefully it won't cause any problems with my insurance. Regardless, I was on the phone waiting for them to pick up the phone for over 15 minutes to avoid a wasted trip to the pharmacy, and no such luck.
