        Attempt to return a very expensive dog bed where the zipper split. It looked like a manufacturing defect and they did everything possible to not return it. Told us they have some on sale if we would like to purchase another. We've spent a fair amount of money in the store and chain and this is not the first dog bed. We've probably bought about four in total. This will be the last one though. Store clerk actually made it worse by separating the zipper from the seam and now the zipper broke when I tried to put it back together. I'll give you one star and take my money elsewhere thank you have a nice day.
