In an effort to address this issue, we have transitioned to using a clip comb instead of a blade. Despite our precautions, we regret to inform you that Reba was still nicked during her grooming session on 1.23.24, and we deeply apologize for this oversight.We acknowledge our failure to promptly notify you of the incident, which is contrary to our established protocols. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and we apologize for any distress it may have caused. Upon learning of this lapse on 1.26.24, we immediately reached out to inform you that we would cover any veterinary expenses incurred as a result of Reba's injury.In response to this incident, we have implemented stricter guidelines to prevent similar accidents in the future.
