Quan is an AWESOME technician! We request him each time! We have used Cooks and it is more expensive and Prime by Quan is much better! 5 stars PLUS! I have read the one star reviews and it appears that they didnt understand that the service is every 2 months. Prime Pest Control is GREAT!

My service today was as perfect as it could get. Quan txt me prior to arriving. He explained everything that he was doing in complete detail. When I expressed my concerns about ants and wasps he found a solution including finding where the wasps were coming from and eliminated them. He also made sure my pets were put up and gave me the amount of time they had to stay indoors. He was the most knowledgeable technician I have ever spoken to. Im so glad I switched to this company.

Ken communicated with me prior to arrival to ensure my issues of any were addressed. The office communicated with me to ensure my appointment worked for me. All in all continued wonderful service for over a year now. Highly recommend them.
