They would not return calls. Two times when I told Dr Brigance something about having a ruptured ear drum. He gave me the you're an idiot look. It took two months after I was referred to get in. Mean while I'm deaf in one ear wondering it is permanent.

Difficult to get to the first step of someone answering the phone or calling me back, took a couple weeks of following up constantly to get through but finally secured an appointment.

Yall need to get a cancellation list. Receptionist was niceish but wildly unhelpful.

This office is clean, efficient and responsive. I strongly recommend this Officr for the technical competence of the medical professionals on staff. I would offer the following comments for consideration. 1. The staff that calls your name and escorts patients are nice. It is recommended that they look at why the patient has an appointment before saying what brings you here today? This question phrased this way is annoying and unnecessary. 2. Information flow regarding appointments. It is important to leave sufficiently detailed info (eg if a patient has a procedure the next day and needs to know what time to show up at the Surgery center.). I received a message please call back with no details. When I called Mack I was placed on hold 4 different times exceeding a total of 1 hr and 15 minutes. When all I was needing was what time to show up at the surgery center. This could have been left on the first message (more helpful than call back). Had I not called back iteratively I am not positive I would have been provided this info in a timely manner. 3. The overall team is fantastic.

Dr. Brigance is disappointing. Extremely rude, short, and dismissive. Used numbing spray on me then immediately used a camera (this is akin to a dentist using lidocaine to numb your gum line then immediately trying to rip your tooth out.) He vocalized his frustration with me as I yelped in pain and squirmed bc the numbing spray didnt get time to take effect. He dismissed all of my concerns and told me it was probably allergies. He told me hed send in two scripts to reduce swelling and get an mri. Its been over two weeks and I received neither scripts or the appointment for an mri. When I called his office inquiring, they were very rude and short with me and forwarded me to some random persons voicemail. I have been nothing but polite and gentle with my requests up until this point. For as many good reviews as Dr. Brigance has I am extremely appalled and disappointed. I have been waiting to see an ENT for four years for my sinus issues, and thats how he chose to treat me. Never coming back.
