Pam is the best! This is the THIRD home she's sold for me. Her attention to detail has always been 2nd to none. With this 3rd home,however, Pam went way beyond her duties. After the inspection was completed, I had several things to fix but I was unable to always be at my home for the workers. Pam took her personal time to ensure someone was there to let workers inside and she stayed until the work was completed. In addition, i dont own a computer or printer. After working all day, Pam drove all documents to my home for me to read and discuss any questions or concerns i had. I am so grateful to Pam. She always takes pride in her work. She has never been pushy or aggressive. Hopefully, I'm not moving anytime soon,but if I were, I'd use Pam. My loyalty goes to Pam when it comes to real estate. I believe that her knowledge of real estate, along with her people skills, makes for a great combination. She truly is in this profession to help people find their dream home. Carolyn Felkner

Pam will do her best and work very hard for any client! She had one weekend to help us find a home. She set up 15 showings for a Friday/Saturday time frame including touring some new construction options. We ran her ragged, and the smile never left her face. She was always upbeat, cheery, professional and respectful! We ended up making an offer on house number 14, and we succeeded in getting the house by putting an escalation clause in our contract which took us up over the other offer that came in simultaneously with ours. She was wonderful to work with, and really gave us her all! Thanks Pam!! She will work that hard for you as well!!

Pam has been our realtor on a couple of real estate transactions! She sold our previous home with a Brokers Open House that led to finding the perfect buyers for our house. She has a book full of contractors specializing in multiple skills and has provided recommendations to help us when shingles flew off after a storm and needing a new home inspection before purchasing our current home which she also was our realtor. Shes always available to answer questions!
