        Confused why we can schedule pick up order times and they are not honored? My husband went in for a scheduled pick up order. There were 4 staff members and they hadnt done it. Then they proceeded to all go into the back and my husband had to wait 20 minutes past our pick up time. Why are we paying over $30 for 4 employees to not be able to make TWO sandwiches on time. This is ridiculous. On top of that someone came in without a pick up order 10+ mins after my husband was waiting and they still got their sandwich before we got our order. This location needs some training.

        I called to place a catering to go order the day before. The manager took my order and never passed it along. I showed up at the time I designated for it to be picked up and they didnt have anything ready.

        Sandwich was great, lady behind the counter couldnt have been more bothered to be there. Like sorry I just want a sandwich.

        They messed up my sandwich didn't follow online order instructions. Then I asked for sub because it was made but not on shelf and register employee gave attitude & rolled hire eyes at me, even though I informed that it was behind them 3 times. The worst Jersey Mike's in Huntsville.
