        There has been 3 separate occasions which I placed an order online online to have to wait at least 30 mins AFTER my pickup time in the app. Its not a great look to have to wait upwards of 45 mins to pick up a to go order. I can understand one time. Maybe they are having an off day. I cant excuse 3 separate times of the same thing happening. The food is bland and the restaurant itself is always nasty and not stocked. The workers seem to not care in the slightest about what is going on here. This location needs some serious work. Shame on the management team and the GM.

        The worst Moes Ive ever had! I had a burrito and it was completely tasteless. Meat was like rubber. Restaurant was nasty. Salsa station was awful and they hadnt been open long (11:30am). The men making the food appeared as if I was bothering them. This location needs serious help!

        Food was great. Service was ok. Seemed like we were being rushed ad the first customers of that day and we missed the famous welcome to moes.

        Came in at 7:45 on a Monday night and the entire staff was practically closing the store. I didn't get my order taken after standing there for a while listening to conversation amongst the employees since I was being ignored. The store closes at 9. I don't see any reason the cleaning should have been so extensive this early that you had to completely ignore the customer.
