I cold called the office looking for help about the steps needed to get help for my daughter. Thinking I would just be told they were full and try somewhere else like another office had told me. The office staff, especially Matt, were very friendly. He wanted to make sure I knew what I needed to know to get the help I was looking for. Even though the office couldnt help personally, they even gave a recommendation for another office that could. If this office is willing to spend so much time giving information to someone they knew they werent going to profit from, I whole heartedly believe if your lucky enough to be seen by them they will give their all to helping you.
