Disappointed in the filler results. A follow up left it even worse. All that money spent, and the trust placed in the doctor. All of it wasted as I am going to another doctor to rectify the unfortunate results.

I called the spa a few times for information and appointment. The young woman answering the phone seemed bothered by my call and quick to end the call. She hung up before completing her sentence.
We are new to Huntsville and the Tennessee Valley. We transferred from Florida to Restone Arsenal. I was expecting some southern hospitality BUT felt quit the opposite. I spend thousands on looking my best. I will NOT hand over my money to rude unappreciated businesses.
I strongly suggest Blue train their employees on PROPER phone etiquette.

I had a horrible experience at this spa. I called in advance to get the balance on my gift card and was told it was $70 so I made a massage appointment. When I went to check out the very rude receptionist told me the card was not valid for a massage treatment. I used the same card in the past for a massage for me and my husband. I don’t know why today was any different . I offered to pay the $55 that I owed minus the gift card amount and she wouldn’t take my payment. She would not let me speak to the general manager and told me to call him or her Monday so I left and she stole $70 from my credit card. I will not be back to this spa and will pursue getting my money back. I did not authorize a charge to my credit card. I offered payment of the remaining balance after the gift card and she refused it. Thisp incident was ridiculous and very unprofessional for such a supposedly high end establishment.
