        Presented them with an AutoCAD drawing of a custom piece and after 6 days and 2 failed attempts wanted to charge me double the quoted price to make it again as if I was at fault because they were unable to understand simple mathematics and dimensions.

        Amazing work! They are so helpful with creating custom pieces (I have quite a few already). The details are handled so well no matter what I've asked for. No need to go anywhere else for metal work for gifts, home decor or custom pieces - they have been able to handle it all and I couldn't be happier with the finished products. I'll be back for sure!
