Good morning, I want to acknowledge the professionalism shown to me by Ms. Lauren Velez when I came to drop off documents to Attorney Martinsons office. It was really right at closing and with a lovely smile and such kindness Lauren answered every question I had and without hesitation continued to serve me in a most honorable way. Her display of behavior assured me with confidence I had made the right choice in seeking the assistance of this firm. I must also acknowledge the kindness of the two ladies who were headed out the door at the time. They both spoke and shared a laugh. Dealing with a Terminal Illness of a love one is the hardest thing in life but to also have your Mom being pulled between her children was the worst. I thank Doug Martinson for being the light for me and my Mother doing this awful battle. Thank you and Janice Cross and your amazing office for making sure she was taken care of. I highly recommend Doug because they care about your love one and treat you like family. I want to thank you for going into those trenches to make sure we were ok.
