Our family doctor must have a contract with this place. I'd prefer anywhere else. The staff at this location are fine, they're good at what they do, and I have no issue with them. The corporation has no business QA system. I've become loath to have work done here because I'm certain there will be a failure in their billing practices that will result in undue stress for me. Woe to you if you change insurance carrier or move and have a new mailing address. Both of these scenarios will confuse the heck out of their system and unless you know this and serve as your own QA you'll have trouble. Don't think you'll have resolved the problem with interaction, or even multiple interactions on the single problem. The very next time they will bill you because they do not appear to have retired previous addresses or insurance carriers. The permutations of errors can be extrapolated and will be.
