No one customer services people in the USA and they want your bank account information.

Google Fiber customer service guy was very nice. However, we could hardly hear each other because of all the other customer service people in the same office, evidently in a small space. Way too many people in the room talking at the same time.

Sub-par customer service. I needed help with a Google Router configuration issue. After a Google Help chat proved completely useless, I reached out to Tech Support, and chose to be called on the phone, because the wait time was over 2 hours. I got a call from Tech Support and was told that somebody will be with me in less than 2 minutes. After 21 minutes on hold, I hung up. This is sub-par customer service. Ill spend the rest of my afternoon leaving relevant online reviews for Google Fiber, to educate and inform other customers.
