    Disappointed there is no walk-in service center for my parents to add service or exchange defective equipment. The only option is the remote call center or a technician service call.

    Was a customer for many years. I signed up for the service in 2018 and a few years later the modem broke. A technician came out and replaced the broken modem with a new one and everything was fine. I recently canceled service after moving but they insist that I did not return the old broken modem that their tech took with him on that service call nearly 4 years ago. They say they have investigated the matter 3 times but have found that they've done nothing wrong so I have to pay. I guess the moral of the story is don't let their technicians take anything with them.

    Business customers beware. I signed a 3 year business contract for Internet, Phone and TV. Buried in their business contract is an auto renewal clause. After 3 years and 6 months I downgraded my services to internet only and was charged a $737 early termination fee. When I questioned the charge, since my contract was up, I was told I was auto renewed per the original contract. After further questioning, you must sign another contract with them specifying you do not want to be auto renewed. Why not just call it a perpetual contract, not a 36 month contract? After being a customer for 12 years I will be looking for a new internet provider when this "auto renewed" contract is up. Beware the dishonest 36 month contract.
