Cold Stone Creamery

Normally I would say that I love this place and the people who work there. Yesterday night I took my two kids to get ice-cream as a birthday gift since that's what they have been wanting for their birthday but the night was ruined when we saw an employee drunk beyond repair in the back. Never visting this place again!!

The ice cream was good but the one star is given solely because of bad customer service. A young male employee caught an attitude with me when I said apple pie flavor instead of apple pie a la cold stone, it wasnt him correcting me that was rude, it was his body language and his tone that really shocked me because I was trying to be polite with him when asking for the flavor but he corrected me passively aggressively and then continued making my ice cream, and then kind of just plopped my ice cream down on the counter in front of me. This was my first time at cold stone, so it just made me upset that this was my first experience.
