I recommend everyone with any type of residential project or commercial or industrial come to this home Depot to purchase all that you need just keep in mind not every home Depot associate is very knowledgeable it's over 40,000 products in home depot's inventory but it is worth the time and effort to come and shop and your home Depot for all of your project solutions

Being handicap I found it hard to move around the aisles because they were very tight, also prices were on the high side.

Oh, the saga of the **GE Profile 4.9 cu. ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer and Matching Dryer**. It is like a tragic comedy, only you are not laughing.
First, they were late with the delivery. You had to hook up your old washer and dryer just to have clean clothes. Mean, who needs punctuality when you can have a driveway full of appliances, right?
Then, the 'install team' turned out to be two guys who showed up to drop off another forgotten item. They stacked it on top of your driveway display and left. They thought you were starting a modern art installation.
Now, your brand-new washer does not work. It has been a month of maintenance men and trying various parts. The next part is on back order till May 14th, 2024. At this rate, we will have colonized Mars before your washer gets fixed.
You had a conversation with Jerica, who promised a solution in 48 hours. But they do not work on Saturdays. Well, Jerica, your washer should be working on Saturdays, Sundays, and every other day of the week!
They offered you $75. They think that is enough to cover laundry for you, your wife, your 2-year-old, 10-year-old, 13-year-old, and your father (Veteran who recently had several strokes). They think you are washing your clothes in a river and drying them on a rock.
And Home Depot? They said it is not their problem. Well, Home Depot, it might not be your problem now, but it will be when this customer takes their business elsewhere and tells everyone about their horrible experience.
So, there you have it. A comedy of errors, a saga of disappointment, and a lesson in customer service (or lack thereof). Here is hoping your next washer is less of a driveway ornament and more of a laundry-doing machine!
