Enhabit Home Health

Aftr harassing us (not only called the patient but also his wife and mother-in-law) to make an appointment and each modality showing up for their assessments, we had a nursing appointment no show & no call on Friday and same with PT today. How disrespectful and down right rude! Where's that phone that called us 9 or more times to set this up?!? Totally ridiculous and will not go unreported.

The nurses that I have come to the house are all caring and friendly. I have specific orders from my doctor as to the supplies needed to care for my wounds. The nurses have ordered and reordered and ordered yet again. No supplies have been delivered in over a month. No one can give me an answer as to the delay. I will miss the nurses but will be changing home health companies this week.

We had a terrible experience with communication. The team showed up for 1 week for physical therapy. They never showed up again and no one would return our call to find out why or try to schedule future appointments.

This company couldnt figure out who was coming or going! Unorganized and unprofessional, my family wanted quality care for my mom. Didnt get it here! I will not use this company again.
