FirstLight Home Care Huntsville

I have used home healthcare many times but never been impressed as much as I am with first light. I needed somebody within two hours on a Friday night and they were able to perform. I could not make a commitment for the next few days but they still booked somebody and I could call anytime to cancel with no charge. The girls who came was so sweet and very polite. I would recommend them highly and will use them again if I ever need somebody.

Company doesnt care about their workers and owner never does anything to make things better. Would not recommend working here or getting help from here for anyone. Everyone, including owner, are all unprofessional.

They are very unprofessional, does not return phone calls, Ive been trying to get my deposit back for two weeks and have left several messages but no one care to even return your phone calls. I have used then for two years to help care for my mom but recently suspended service because there were days when she was scheduled to have someone and would be waiting but no one showed up or bothered to call. The workers does not care about the patient they just want to sit. They are not properly trained at all. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
