Legacy Homes has been wonderful to work with during our home buying and home building process. Chapman was incredibly helpful before, during, and after the entire process. Im already recommending that my friends call when theyre ready to move and Id recommend this to everyone.

Make sure they dont install a furnace control board for your HVAC system like they did for us. Then they refused to fix the problem once we finally figured out that this was the issue all along. 5 years and 2-3 thousand dollars out of our own pocket for repairs (coolant and labor not covered in the hvac warranty) plus another $1200 to replace the FURNACE CONTROL BOARD on our heat pump. Used shady contractors to do the work and then hung us out to dry. Make sure you have someone who knows what to look for take a real long look at everything before you finish building your home with these guys.
