Beautiful, quiet peaceful place. There visiting from Douglasville Ga. Loved what i saw there and all over Huntsville.

They were in the midst of building our townhouse. All of a sudden the work stopped. So happen we talked to a neighbor whose suppose to had close in Oct. She heard from nobody at Lennar. She stated that some food that was left on the island been there for a month. So she knew no one been in her place to finish the work. So we tried to contact the consultant. Found out he had left the company. So we tried to contact someone in upper management. No answer to phone calls or emails. Finally, our realtor knew someone who knew someone. And she finally reached the guy in FL. We are trying to back out. Because of the unprofessionalism, and lack of communication, we dont trust them to finish our home. They are trying to keep our $1000. And trying to hold us in the contract. The guy told us that we have to stay with them until March 2023. Which we know we dont have too. They are horrible stay away.
