        Great gym! Love everything about it. Its the perfect balance of cardio, power/explosive movements and resistance training. Knowledgeable coaches and helpful staff. Its truly a family atmosphere and a fantastic place to stay functionally fit.

        Over the years, I've trained at many group fitness gyms: F45, orange theory, 4-5 CrossFit gyms, and a couple family owned gyms, etc... Regyman is simply the most fun. Great equipment. Heavy use of treadmills, assault bikes, TRX, kettlebells, DB, slam balls, and ski ergs. The workouts are excellent, playlists are great, and coaches make the experience enjoyable. The classes run smoothly and are easy to follow. Membership price is comparable to the gyms listed above and it's what I expected to pay.
