ABC Screen Printing and Vinyl

The quality is there and until this order turn around time was great. I have tried contacting Blake over a month now about an order i made the beginning of August with no response. I hope he's ok. If this is the direction they are headed i wouldn't recommend them.

If I could post 0 stars I would. I was told my shirt would be done 3 days after I ordered it and Ive been contacted three times by them saying its almost done, come pick it up tomorrow and when I come in its still not done. So today after a month of it not being finished I went it to pick it up since they said it was done on Tuesday afternoon only to find out they havent even started it. This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever used for my business apparel and we will never be back. They are unorganized, slow, sloppy, unreliable, and rude. They acted as if it was my fault for coming to pick it up WHEN THEY TOLD ME TO, and it wasnt ready. I wouldnt mind waiting but I do mind driving across town 4 different times to pick up the shirt they told me was done, when it isnt even started. The quality isnt worth the price and the shirts, if you ever get them, look very sloppy.

Sorry I dont recommend this place to anyone. Theyve lost their touch. Yes, good customer service. But they are also dirty and careless. Your satisfaction is not guaranteed as they have become out of touch with professionalism.
