Ive been waiting on a call back since before 2020. I was patient during COVID, I was asked to be patient during his personal family health issues, and I was. I have made over 20 calls. I even visited the office and was told my address was on some board in the back and someone should be getting back with me soon. The lady who answers the phone is no help, she just screens calls. Burt Cox personally came to my home, issued paperwork to me of the work he did on my home, explained how he was very familiar and worked on most of the homes on my street. He also confirmed the work I need is covered under the warranty issued by him. Hes been ghost ever since!! I am a transplant to Huntsville and when I moved here I heard great things about him and his company. But since he is getting older, whoever he has in control now is ruining his once great name. Shame on this company for not following through on their company business!! Be aware!!!

Company did almost my whole foundation in three stages over 20+ years. I am happy with the work each time. Burt did not try to scope more than I needed each time.

The rep was very knowledgeable and beneficial for our church building repairs. I would recommend them to anyone with foundation issues.
