Referred by VA. Appointment at 8:30, arrived at 8:48, called to let them know I was in traffic. First person to arrive. Filled out new patient paperwork in 10 minutes. Its 10:10 still waiting for nurse/dr.
Front desk and the weight /bp ladies are wonderful, but not understanding the drawn out wait.
To my surprise, Ms Katherine, NP was awesome. She was knowledgeable, very thorough, and she listened to me. I believe that I am in great care and look forward to my procedures and working with this office.

Always behind. Go expecting to wait 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment to be seen. Recommend you find another provider if your time is valuable.

Office staff is horrible. Multiple appointments are scheduled and rescheduled on their own without ever contacting patients. Staff can only be good as the Dr- not promising

I got a referral from the renal Clinic to this doctor. I never made an appointment. They texted my husband a couple times at work when he was busy thinking it was his gastroenterologist, so we thought nothing of it they have my phone number I don't know why they kept texting him. But, here's the kicker; this doctor's office made an appointment for me without letting me know or letting me pick the time or the day or anything!!! I have never ever heard of a doctor make an appointment for you. (Talk about a God complex ) should be you making the appointment on your time, not their time. I called them, and the person who answered the phone was rude and kept talking over me so I had to talk louder and she laughed at me and told me to quit shouting! I wasn't even shouting. So, if that's an inclination what this doctor's office does, I want no part of it and they better not bill me for an appointment I never freaking made!!!!!!

Amazing service from the time you enter the office until you leave. Staff is very friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend.
