        I have emailed already but was charged an in home visit fee but there was no visit, I spoke to Rick and he said it was an accident and that it would be deleted but then I had to call back and spoke to Matt, he said that he needed my debit card info over the phone and then he could delete it but I do not trust that at all but my problem is why was I charged a fee when there was no visit, thats fraudulent and an integrity issue and Im still waiting on a response from the email I sent

        They took $500 out of my account today without permission. They charged me a month ahead without my permission Latoya the manager has no customer Service skills, is very rude to customers and I plan to go as high as I can. Somebody will fix this.
