        Disappointed in customer service. Never have supplies in stock. Was told they would call when logs came in, however, never received a call. I purchased firebox from them (great price), but never could get logs. I called several times, but no one ever answers phone. I left several messages.....no one ever called me back. Had to purchase logs elsewhere.
