i dont recommend working here unless your in the welding shop. josh badalucco is more of a leader than any of the managers, and is one of the hardest workers at tvf. if the director richard doesnt like you as an employee will find a pathetic excuse to terminate your employment by extorting you. owen is chill and laid back

I called to have my gate repaired because of the windstorm. Waited 5 to 6 weeks, which I was ok with because they installed the fence. After the representative arrived he told me that he will call his gate guy and he would call me back in a couple of days. This did not happen. I called 4 times in the next 10 days and was given the same excuse. If your company does not want the business I wish you would have told me and I could have found another company instead of waisting 2 months.

Mr. Padgett was informed that his job was not in our wheelhouse in the current labor market, but that we would hand it off to one of our guys to see if they could help him on the side. Apparently it did not work out.
