6 months ago I used to work at Benchmark Electronics and that's a great place to work at good coworkers in a great atmosphere I hope one day I get to go back I love working at benchmark I can be an overachiever at benchmark someone that I can depend on in count to and they will know that I will get the job done and I am a very fast learner

Benchmark is the best company that I have worked for. Every single employee is hard working while keeping a family atmosphere throughout the company. Management is involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process.

The only good thing about this company is they are flexible with your schedule and they are not on a points system but other than that morale is low, no incentives or room for advancement. The lead plays the role as supervisor and the supervisor pretty much allows her to run the floor crossing the line as lead. She is not in management and oversteps her boundaries and extremely rude and hateful. Once she targets a person she won't let up until they quit working there. Several of the employees have been there for 20 or 30 years and haven't had a pay increase so they are bitter miserable and angry and try to run off any new employees that come in the Company making more than them. If you have any questions or complaints you can't get any issues resolved by going to the supervisor because him & the lead are family which is unprofessional and you can't get help from HR because she is lazy and doesn't want to do her job especially if it means getting out of her chair. Needless to say I would not recommend this job to anyone.

It took me 6 days to get a response simply to order from a quote, and then I was not informed that any of the products were backordered and therefore delayed or that they required a shipping account because they hadn't included shipping in the original quote and therefore would have more delays because the "funds [must] be posted" before they can ship. It has now been a month and we still do not have our requested items nor have they even been shipped. And it wasn't until I contacted them for an invoice (which I've yet to receive) that they informed me of these issues. Communication is atrocious.
