Forced me to pay a $300 deposit. I tried to apply for service on their website but it kept giving me an error, so they told me I needed to come into their location to open it, no problem. When I got there I was made to pay a $300 deposit to open it. My girlfriend later told me that the deposit is only for people with bad credit and if I had applied online I wouldnt have had to pay it. If you open an account with them make sure you can apply online or dont get charged that $300.

I think it ridiculous that individuals are not given at least a full calendar month to bring your bill current. I plan to go one of the board meetings where the individuals who govern and make decisions for the utilities. You can find out this information on the web page. They probably don't read Google reviews nor would they care if they can afford their monthly bill.

Constantly overcharged. Tired of having to become an employee of theirs because of having to check my meters myself, take pics and email them. I then have to call to verify they've received my email. The people I've spoken too were very professional and kind. They get it fixed but my issue is WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING THE METERS?
