This woman is not only an expert in family law, but is a fierce mediator. I have worked with Joan Marie twice in a very litigious family divorce and "alienation" claim, and she slayed the other party quickly, efficiently, and completely. Her methods somehow cut through all of the drama and accusations right away- her street savvy and experience makes her formidable and victorious. Hire her, trust her, and then sit back knowing you are in extremely capable hands- I would have gladly paid her double her price for the expertise she brought to the table.

Think twice before hiring this lady! She's only kind to you in your initial consultation.  Her claim that she treats her clients like family is completely FALSE! She tells you what you want to hear and doesn't follow through.  She'll take your money in a heartbeat but she definitely doesn't "Care" about her clients. Her demeanor is unprofessional for someone who has been in the business for over 20 years! After several broken "promises" of replying to me with answers within "the next day or so"...I never heard a word.  Doesn't reply to emails and phone calls.  I ended up settling with my ex on my own.  She clearly forgets she is HIRED to provide a service! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
