My 14 year old daughter needed a root canal so we were referred to Price-Denton.  My daughter is terrified of needles so I called before her first visit & explained she'd need gas before the procedure. When we arrived I spoke to the young lady that was assisting the docto and explained about her phobia again.  They called her back and I went with her.  My daughter sat down, they laid chair back and the doctor came walking in, sat down and grabbed the syringe and told her to open up.  She freaked out and literally had a panic attack.  Her blood pressure was off the charts and he said she'd need sedation before and we could make another appointment.  I was livid and he saw that and offered to wave the $300 fee.  So, we made another appointment & they called in 4tablets for us to bring. When we arrived for the second time they started with 1 tablet and she was so nervous they ended up giving all of them.  She was really loopy and I hoped she'd be okay.  They told me to wait in the parking lot and they would call for me to drive up to get her.  When she got into the car she was really really upset!  The woman who wheeled her out was extremely rude and said sh needed to stop wasting people's time and was so ugly.  My daughter told me whe we left that she had been fine, calm and fell asleep before the procedure and when she woke up they were holding her down and yelling at her and saying how she was wasting time and money!   The doctor asked her if she acted that way around other people and in front of her friends!!!  okay I am so very angry and regretful for taking her there!  We made an appointment with another dentist and they were kind and acknowledged her fear and simply talked her through it!  My daughter didn't deserve to be treated the way she was treated at Price Denton. It was a nightmare!

My son needed a root canal on a tooth with a child silver crown on it and our pediatric dentist recommended an endodontist. Jonathan Denton drilled a hole through the silver crown and did the root canal, filling the hole with a temporary filling when done. They don't do crowns so they said we'd have to get that replaced somewhere else.  I took my son to my dentist for a porcelain  crown, when my dentist removed the silver crown there wasn't enough tooth to put on a crown and it had to be pulled and replaced with an implant.  Price-Denton charged us $1553 for an un-need dental work.

I had to get a root canal on my number three molars. I am a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist and the pain of these procedures. they got me numb i didn't feel a thing and it took 30 minutes. no pain after just a little sore from the numbing needle. my general dentist referred me to this endodontist and i could not be happier with everything!!
