Love this office and Dr. Clayton is AMAZING! I have so much anxiety with dental visits, but since coming to Chase Family Dentistry, my anxiety with visiting the dentist is minimal to non-existent! Dr. Clayton offers many options for anxious patients like myself to help calm you down with procedures. Sometimes, the worst part is the shot to numb you, but Dr. Clayton has such a calming demeanor and is so gentle, you barely feel a thing! If you are nervous about going to the dentist but you just cant bring yourself to do it, this is the office to go to... I PROMISE! You wont find a better office!

They set up fake appointments behind our back and started charging us for missed appointments that didnt exist, then got mouthy with us and asked for $100 to even see me again for missing appointments they never told us existed. They also had a habit of making multiple unnecessary expensive follow-ups for any appointment. Theyd spend 5 minutes poking around then send me to schedule my next few appointments instead of actually just doing their job in one appointment, the collection of appointments of which would be nearly $2000. Theyre nice enough, but they only exist to get you to schedule more appointments, and if you dont, it seems like theyll just schedule them anyway so they can charge you for missing them. Major snakes in the grass, dont give them business.

Had extensive work done here. 100% satisfied. Had an extreme dislike of dentists before my visits w/CFD, not a problem any more. This will be my regular dentist.

I cracked my tooth and the insurance lady would not send the info my insurance needed to pay the bill. The first denial said they needed proof of tooth structure. Insurance lady told me she would not give them that info because some other patients insurance didnt need it.
