Terrible experiencewouldnt recommend under ANY circumstances Our three month old son was consistently overfed despite repeated conversations with the owner about the need to keep a consistent feeding schedule. Repeated attempts to get the daycare to adhere to a feeding schedule were ignored and we were blamed for not providing enough formula. The owner, Miss Angela, actually threatened to call Alabama DHR on us for starving our child. Notethis took place, AFTER they had managed to feed our infant three full bottles of breast milk in under two hours. I cannot say this strongly enoughkeep your children far, FAR away from this place. There are so many other options for daycare in Huntsvilleliterally any of them would be a better choice than Miss Angelas Preschool. We will be following up with Madison County Department of Health and the state in filing a formal complaint. No parent should have to go through what we have been through with this business.

Worst daycare experience ever. Angela sent my 11 month old son home with a nose bleed and when I asked about the incident she said my kids were not aloud back at the daycare and hung up the phone on me.

Majority of the staff is good. Never met the owner until she called saying they couldnt handle my 2 year old son due to his condition. All info was completely open and honest on the application after they ensured me they were happy to take him in the interview and had a lot of experience with children with delays. When I mentioned what was discussed in the interview and on the application before enrollment the owner then changed her story and said that they were short handed and if I would find them another teacher to work for them they could accommodate. If I couldnt then he would have to go by the 30th because she already has his spot reserved for someone else. He loved some of his teachers and they seemed to love him. He was so excited to be there and was making improvements. The entire time I dropped him off morning and picked him up afternoon. Met the owner 1 time to hear her get on to her employees and have them tell parents to email her if they needed her. Never received any paperwork I was supposed to receive. Never received a handbook or any receipts except the hand written ones you buy at Walmart. Which make sure you keep track of.
