I cant say enough positive things about PJs coffee. They make fresh from scratch beignets which are fluffy powdered sugar donuts from Louisiana. I come here several times per month. A little hard to find its under a parking garage in downtown Huntsville.

Cool place. Drive thru in a parking garage. I didn't love the King Cake, but had never had King Cake before. Beignet's were good and warm.
