Bad service 2019 - 2024. Save yourself the annoyance and go through online/phone call upgrade. We spent 3 hours in-person 2019 trying to fix problems that haunted us for years by having upgraded through this store. 2024 they started playing the same games. Gave one of us the offer promised then started saying the other person's promo had ended. I called and handled my upgrade myself.

Only if you want a go somewhere to jones valley. The reason why I say that is because the rest of the town don't have a durned place to go to verizon and get a decent items. I went to the verizon overall of university beside the chevrolet place. He brought it out. I looked at it said yeah, that's the one. He walked over talked to another one of his women associates. They looked back at me and said it just got stole twenty minutes ago. We can't sell that to you. Jones valley no problems. Save yourself. Some headaches don't go no. Where else but there.

Felt the need to make my first review ever. A young man by the name of Corey helped me and my father work through a multitude of issues. Patient , Kind , Knowledgeable are the best words to describe him. I wish I could give him more than a five star review.
