        My Grandmother and I were here this morning to have her phone switch over to another phone she already had. Upon arrival there was a gentleman working and he was already working with a couple when we walked in. He told the couple he was not even suppose to be working today that he had a meeting or something out of town he was suppose to be at and that another girl was suppose to be coming in. We sat down and he continued working with the couple. He then said to us that the girl should be about 10 min. The girl walks in and with her she brings her 2 year old son. Not even 5 min into them being there her 2 year old is screaming, has thrown merchandise into the floor, has drawn on the couch, wall and posters with crayons, threw crayons at a lady waiting to be helped. When I say this was absolutely the worst experience and so unprofessional I have know words. I understand sometimes you have no choice but to bring your kids with you but this situation was very uncalled for and very unprofessional and we will not be back. We walked out and drive next door to Verizon and was helped within 10 min in and out!
