      image I went in for a new phone, well a phone that I could use and has a good camera, the lady who helped me didn't help me at all. She only became helpful when the survey topic came up. I need my phone to be set up and useful. I now have a phone that I've never used, so not only do I not know anything about it but NONE of any of my things were switched over. So now I'm screwed. Higher phone bill I didn't need, with a lot of little purchases. I am so displeased. Now I'm stuck with a phone I hate. So flawed.
