Ordered delivery for $60 worth of food one day and waited an hour with no update until someone finally called and said they ran out of bread (based on other reviews it looks like they use this excuse a lot) and that they were on the way with our order now. Another hour goes by and we hear nothing from them. We never got our food and eventually had to request a refund.
A week goes by and, thinking that last time was just a fluke, we ordered again. The food got here in a decent amount of time, but we opened the bag to see our entire $50 order (just 2 subs and a side) was wrong. We called to tell them and tried to be as kind as possible, but they seemed incredibly upset that we called at all. We could even hear another staff member complaining that we called in the background. Terrible service, very unprofessional. Would recommend literally any of the other 3 or 4 nearby sandwich shops over this one.
