Service men were rude. Ignored me and didnt even acknowledge my presence other than glancing at me and then going back to talking or looking at something on their desk. The customer service is horrible and they didnt even wash my car even though I have free car washes. I only come here because its part of my purchase contract.

The last 2 times I was in, Nate was my service advisor. I can't say enough good things about this young man. The service in June was for a BCI malfunction with repairs that took time and a couple of days car rental. He made sure I was informed each step of the way and the warranty covered those repairs as well as part of the rental car. I only had to pay for the rear brakes I had done at the same time. This last time was for a "check engine" issue. Although they couldn't pinpoint the problem exactly, they were able to reset the indicator and I also had them replace the battery, which had been having issues for a bit. All I had to pay for was the battery. Again, the diagnostics and rental car were covered. As he did before, Nate always kept me well informed. You have some outstanding employees in your service department, and he's at the very top in my opinion. I wish everything was as easy as having my vehicle serviced at Landers Mclarty Nissan.

Ive used this dealer to service my Nissan Pathfinder and their service dept is great! I always feel well taken care of and they do a great job keeping me up to date on whats happening. The staff is friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
